I got this product to support my hair growth journey but little did I know it would not only help with hair growth, but I have had little to no hair shedding either! I used to lose clumps of hair throughout the day but not since using this product! In addition to that, my nails are longer and stronger than ever. I would only get this length if I had hard gel on but now they are just as long with zero nail polish. I swear this has been helping my periods too.
