I am taking natal nurture for the entirety of my pregnancy and plan on using it after and have started taking mineral boost the last half. In combination with prenatals I am also taking I can't say what one thing is doing over the other. But I feel like I am putting my best self out there! It makes me feel like I am doing the right thing for our unborn baby so far!
