Received product quickly

Products I ordered were great- unfortunately they sat in community outdoor mailboxes in the AZ summer sun for at least 6-8 hours. I will be more mindful in the future that that is a risk.

The product consistency of the jar I received was not good. When I first opened the jar, I surprised how hard the consistency was. I had to use a small spoon to scrap up a dosage. As I moved through the jar, I discovered a whole separate softer material which I mixed together to create a spreadable salve. No mention at all in any of the product descriptions that you had to mix the product.
