I have always struggled with being tired feeling. My daughter gave me the B12 patch some years ago. I have been using them since! I can really tell when I don’t have one on. It makes my day go by so much easier especially when I’m working or have a lot to do.

My favorite is the cycle patch. I have to take very minimal over the counter pain meds now when using the patch.
