I am obsessed with the good patch! I’m a single mom of a very busy toddler who doesn’t always sleep well. There isn’t any crashing or jitters when wearing the patch (I always start my day off with caffeine and I was worried about this) and after removing the patch , I don’t have any side effects and can easily go to sleep if my toddler lets me! When removing the patch it doesn’t leave behind any irritation or residue and removes easily. I am looking forward to trying the other patches!
