I've ordered a number of product now, and with each order was delivered quickly, correctly and accurate. I would rate the process a 9 out of 10. I have not returned an order or worked with customer service to provide a rating. I am pleased with the products. I am 72, so I'm giving an appraisal for mature skin. My favorite selections have been the Pret-a-Porter Matte & Shimmer eyeshadow pallette. I find it will need to refreshed if going out at the end of day. My most used and reordered is The soft focus hydrate &set powder, translucent. It provides such a lovely blurring around those areas such as around the nose, etc. I buy a lot of products that end up with my granddaughters. So far, I still have everything I ordered. My brands for quite some time have been Lancombe for eyes and skin is products and Este Lauded Double Wear Double Wear face makeup. I will continue my current skin care routine and mascara.

Wonderful products. I love the lip oils. The eyeshadow pallet is lovely. The colors are so nice. Not loud. Very wearable. It’s a pallet that works for all occasions.
