I am a huge fan but on this occasion I was not aware of the special offer that was running with the 30% off some products until I logged onto social media later in the evening - too late for me. I also emailed to ask a delivery question and never received a reply. This is really unusual and that is why I am bringing it to your attention. Perhaps special offers could appear on the website when you login? It was a great offer and I ended up paying full price. Like always, everything else was amazing and my friend was over the moon with her lockdown gift.
