Hello I like the product as I have ordered before. But I rated it low score because I did not receive what I ordered, but got smaller tube. I asked for a 4. 2 oz, and got a 3. 4 oz. Yet the product still shows available on your Site…. Bad Business!!!!!

As a long time user of Supersmile: Medium tube was not available. This size is much too large.

Retro USB and Ancient Barrel Connectors: perhaps you assumed you were saving money when you chose a barrel connector to charge your device. I also suspect you thought you were saving money by using a decade old USB cable. Making your customers have to go back a decade and buy a charging block to match your cable. Not impressed. Simply reengineer it to USB-C to USB-C

For last couple of orders, the time delay gets longer and longer; and every time a delivery is made something is leaking over everything so I have to wash off everything before putting in the house.
