Horrible! Expensive! Had to pay to ship it back!

While I was on the site there was apparently a promotion for the free night toothpaste however once added to the cart it had a charge. I called customer service and they wouldn’t honor the promotion. The lady I spoke to told me, mistakes happen - deal with it.

I submitted an order online, and the order wasn't received, so I had to call them. They responded there was a glitch in their system, after I called and asked them. I did not receive an email reply to the email that I sent them asking the status of one of my orders.

I’m trying to return the product and no one will reply.
