I liked this pre-workout, its not as caffeine heavy as other pre workouts I have purchased. I will say, it its much more thicker than others if that makes sense lol! The flavor is great, a bit on the saltier side BUT the pump is great. As a female weightlifter, this is a great pre-workout, peaches flavor is delicious.
