Customer service was super helpful with getting a replacement

Saalt is the best period care brand I've ever used. I thought cups were great until I tried the discs (spoiler: they're even better) and now I have both sizes for varying flows and it's been such a game changer. Their underwear is also SO comfortable, high quality, and cute that sometimes I wear it even when I'm not on my period. And don't let the up front cost scare you either - for how much you'll wear and love them (not to mention how much you'll save no longer buying disposable products) it's basically a steal! Any time someone mentions periods I recommend anything and everything Saalt. I love both their mission and their products. Saalt, please keep doing what you're doing.

A part of my order was missing (small mesh laundry bag), so I contacted customer service. They responded within one day and immediately sent out a replacement item plus the larger size to try. So friendly and quick to respond!

At first I got a cup which didn’t fit me and actually put me in a lot of pain. I talked to the Saalt coaches and right away I got a response back. They were really sweet throughout the whole process. Because of their program I was able to get a disc instead. It fits perfectly and I’m really happy with it! I got my goldilocks! They also have plenty of sales which makes things very affordable! Definitely recommend them :)
