I just switched from tampons to the disc, and I cannot emphasize how much I love the disc. It seriously made my life significantly easier during my period, and even alleviated some of my cramps. There’s definitely a learning curve, so give yourself a couple times to figure it out. Seriously though cannot recommend enough.

The small saalt cup didn't fit my body size well and was painful and the Saalt coaches were so helpful in talking to me about the issues and then helping me find a replacement smaller cup that would fit my body better. They really seem to care.

I’ve been a Saalt girlie since I bought my first Saalt cup in 2018. As someone who has struggled with Endometriosis since I was 15, I was hoping to find a better alternative to my super tampons/pads combo and expose myself to less toxins. I tried many cups and discs and once I found Saalt, I never looked back. My periods are typically very heavy and being able to use my cup helps me visibly see what’s going on every month and feels so much more comfortable than tampons. My cramps have gotten much more tolerable since making the switch, just the first day instead of 3 days. I’ve gifted them to relatives and friends and everyone loves them. I’ve also purchased their cup steamer for myself and one of my best friends and we both love them! Makes sanitizing so easy and quick, especially when you have zero energy. Customer service is amazing and friendly. Can’t say enough great things about this company. Certainly a customer for life.
