This is my second time ordering the panties. I got the variety pack the first time and love the comfort briefs and the seamless briefs. Those are what I ordered this time. Unfortunately I received thongs instead. I emailed and was immediately told that they would fix it and send the briefs right away. They even said I could keep the thongs and try them out. Absolutely blown away by this company. 5 stars for everything. Highly recommend.

I enter the wrong shipping address (I’ve just moved and used the Shop app without updating that) I emailed Saalt to inform them and was sent a general email letting me know it would be 1-2 business days before I hear back. . it was literally hours later and I receive a nice email saying they’d takes care of my snafu. Great customer service🥰

Amazing support when my package didn’t deliver!

I bought the two pack of discs thinking I would need the regular one. Since I thought that, I gifted the smaller one to my girl friend. When I was able you use the regular size one, it was unfortunately too large for me. Sadly I had already gifted the small one. Saalt’s customer services was INCREDIBLE to say the least. They helped me get another one so I can still be part of the Saalt sustainability effort! Truly an A+ for their helpfulness, customer service, & their website. I will definitely be ordering more from them. Maybe next I’ll try the underwear!!

I am a longtime diva cup user and after years was needing a replacement. The “mess free period sex” aspect of the disc caught my eye and I decided to go with that. I bought the regular after taking the quiz and reading everything, but it wasn’t sitting perfect and I was in need of the smaller one. After emailing support explaining this, within days I was sent a survey to receive a replacement item that will work for me! This company is awesome in their promise to their customer. I also love their ethos and brand story. Personally, values matter when it comes to where I’m spending my money these days. Long story short these are great quality items and a great company to purchase them from!
