I love all my products from this company. I had some issues around Christmas time with an order saying delivered but never receiving it and the customer service was happy to help replace the lost items for me. I also received some items that didn't fit: now looking at the size chart I see that the specific product did say it runs small so look out for that when you buy! They are replacing the items for me with a larger size and the exchange process was very simple. Customer service is always very kind in their replies which I greatly appreciate. The underwear are super comfortable and the padding doesn't stick out or look weird. The cup is a good size and if you follow washing/disinfecting instructions it hasn't stained in over a year of use now. 10/10 would recommend this company

I have only used Saalt for 2 or 3 months now but I don’t ever plan on going back to tampons! They are a great company their products are fantastic and if you have an issue they respond right away! Super easy to talk to, and incredibly friendly! I suffer from PCOS and have incredibly heavy periods using Saalt underwear and the Saalt disc have significantly reduced the cramping and pain I have felt the past 18 years of having a menstrual cycle! 100/10 recommend
