The packaging for the cup was good and it came with clear instructions and a storage bag. But like many first time users, it was hard to judge what size/product would work best with me. I emailed customer service who were friendly and quick to respond with tips and eventually a suggestion for a different product that may be better suited for my body. While my initial purchase wasn't the best fit for me, Saalt's customer service has led me to stick with the company for any future purchases.
