I loved my whole experience of placing an order. When you click on the product you think you might want it has a detailed description of the product so you know exactly what you’re going to be receiving if you choose that particular product. The whole website was like that. They make it so you know exactly what you’re purchasing. All and all it was a great experience!!! Definitely 5 ⭐️s

The packaging for the cup was good and it came with clear instructions and a storage bag. But like many first time users, it was hard to judge what size/product would work best with me. I emailed customer service who were friendly and quick to respond with tips and eventually a suggestion for a different product that may be better suited for my body. While my initial purchase wasn't the best fit for me, Saalt's customer service has led me to stick with the company for any future purchases.
