I’ve debated over the the star rating due to the only let down being the shipping to the UK. This is pretty hit and miss. However overall the good really does outweigh the shipping issues. My first order was the vault which arrived by UPS within 3 working days. A second order of similar value was shipped via RR Donnelly and took a few weeks this arrived damaged and customer service was exceptional. Replaced and shipped items via UPS to arrive in time as a gift. Customer service really is second to none alongside the actual products themselves. Another two separate orders and one arrived within two weeks and the last shipment took nearly a month. Again through RR Donnelly. This isn’t an issue if you’re not in any rush but if you’re gifting it could be problematic. So the shipping could be better but overall there isn’t really anything to complain about. I love Scott Barnes products and am incredibly happy with my experience shopping here. The website is easy to use and I really love the tutorials. I find these so helpful in choosing products. I love watching Scott Barnes work his magic so that I can try to emulate some of the looks with his products. I am and will continue to be a return customer. I highly recommend to my friends and family therefore 5 stars ⭐️

I have purchased many times and it always processed right away and shipping within a day and arrives super quickly. Packaging is super nice and keeps products securely in place.

Love the products, shipping is fast,free❤️ & online shopping is easy to browse through. No need to search through a maze of products. The items are well put together on the website to help me purchase what works to look snatched👌.
