The level of sweetness is just right (not too sweet). I feel the desired effect within 30 minutes (quicker than gummies). Gummies were giving me an acid reflux, but I feel OK after drinking the syrup. The fruit (strawberry) flavor could be somewhat stronger (chucks of real fruit would be cool). The recyclable bottle is definitely better than throw-away packaging. Definitely will order again, looking forward to trying other flavors.
