Shipping notifications were fine. Received a TON of marketing emails. Also don' t understand by replacement blades do not ship free. The whole company feels like a scam.

Service is decent, but the design choice to exclude standard razors is disappointing.

I am having a really hard time getting the right angle with this razor. Im also experiencing bad razor bumps on my armpits and bikini line after using the razor. I haven't quite learned how to use it properly which is frustrating I wish it was easy to use.

I was really excited. Doesn’t quite live up to the advertising.
