Overall, it has made a difference with my hair!

The product is fine, however customer service is lacking. It appears the only way to contact them is by sending a message. I sent two messages with the hopes of making a change to my auto ship order that I was unable to figure out on my own. I have not received a response to either of my messages and a response at this point would be too late as the order has already shipped.

Service was great but the smell of the product is horrible!

Expensive. Love the curl cream which is why I tried your other products. But the cleanser and conditioner are not for me.
