I have 2C-3A curls and I use this on day 2-4 and it works really well to bring back my flattened curls. It's sticky and pretty thick, so the spray nozzle needs some cleaning sometimes. I spray this 4-5 times for my thick hair, then follow it up with water mist, give it a scrunch, re-form some curls, and I'm good to go.
