I love this low-poo for the volume it gives my hair. I haven’t noticed a difference in definition in my waves compared to generic shampoos and conditioners. I do not like how FRIZZY this has made my hair. It’s worse than ever.

Packaging is awful! The small bottles are difficult to squeeze and the larger ones with the pump stop working when the bottle is about 1/3 full.

The product is fine, however customer service is lacking. It appears the only way to contact them is by sending a message. I sent two messages with the hopes of making a change to my auto ship order that I was unable to figure out on my own. I have not received a response to either of my messages and a response at this point would be too late as the order has already shipped.
