Products are easy to order and come punctually and beautifully packaged. I ordered the 1 litre curl cleanser and conditioner and was a bit disappointed that the pump was not included in the price so had to order two of these separately. I have never come across this as I have ordered Goldwells in the past and the pumps are already with the bottles, it does seem a bit mean to not have them included as the products are not cheap , but on a positive note they can be re used ,

Super hold styler is amazing. I can now do a daily mist refresh as opposed to fully wetting my hair with much less frizz
