This was my second time purchasing from Plant People and was very upset when my package was marked delivered from USPS but I couldn't find the package anywhere. I contacted customer service after waiting a week or so to see if my neighbors got the package or not. Torrence was the customer service employee who helped me, and responded very quickly. Without back and forth questions, he was able to resend my package right away. I was very satisfied with my experience. I will continue to purchase from Plant People and I'm excited to use all the products they have! <3
