I was a first time buyer and got a 10% discount with my first order. I wanted to pay with Apple Pay but couldn’t apply the discount with Apple Pay and if I went to to checkout, I couldn’t pay with Apple Pay. Someone got back to me right away but ultimately I had to use a different form of payment and had to send screen shots to send to the tech team. I’m giving 4 stars because someone got back to me within an hour but I can’t believe no one has raised this issue before.

I had just missed the sale discount over last weekend and requested an extension. Very happy they gave 24hours extension. I ordered 2 balm relief creams but only received 1. Hopefully its on its way but i will call.

I was sent an opened, mostly used bottle of the wrong product. I was told the correct shipment would be sent out with a gift. It’s a nice sentiment but now I’m giving 4 stars since this was an error on your part it would’ve been nice to overnight the product or at least send second day shipping. I bought it to help with sleep and ran out of the other brand I was using. It will be two more days before it’s delivered which is one full week after I notified you of the problem.
