It would have been on line because I didn't actually speak with anyone. I was sent an email asking that I evaluate one of your products (Balm & Relief) and I hadn't received it yet. I finally got it on Monday 4-13 at the post office. I haven't started using it yet so I can't really tell you anything.

Customer service

While I was ordering, I missed the place I could have entered a discount code I had earned. I was refunded the discount amount because the order couldn’t changed. I am very happy with the personal attention given by staff. Not to mention the high quality of their products!

Sent a message and received a response right away. You have to remember that they are only open Monday through Friday though.

Haven’t received package

Saying it is at some pickup spot now, but I was here when said attempt to deliver and still haven’t seen anyone or package. Please track down and have delivered. Thank you! 🙏🏼
