VERY disappointing!! Order placed on Nov 19th. It's Dec 13th today and it's still NOT arrived. I've tried messages several times (there's nobody you can talk to), with NO response. I've just LOST £50+!! Never again.

Horrible customer service

Very bad customer support & communication, but I really like the product

i’ve never received my order. the shipment company never received the parcel and tracking never updated. i emailed them last week and they said they’ll send a replacement but they still havnt.

Terrible experience. Delay of product delivery, no communication: answering my requests in a week.
