It arrived pretty quick.

Shipping etc was fine. I am not sure if there is an advice line about ingredients, potential side effects etc.

Have been taking gut and vitamin tablets. Cannot feel any difference so uncertain as to need to continue

They were a bit in late with the delivery (to London). Test pack ok, quiet strong at the beginning.
