Ever since I started having difficulties falling asleep about 12 months ago, I’ve been using a few drops of the Lavender Essential Oil, warming it up between my palms and inhaling this divine scent, before bedtime. It calms me down and prepares me for a good night’s sleep. I’m so grateful for this oil and I couldn’t imagine being without out especially as I’m going through hormonal changes which has resulted in insomnia for me.
