I bought these for my mother since she has chronic pain from hip surgery on both sides, also she has trouble relaxing. I give her two of these and she' perfectly fine, pain free and completely relaxed. She does get a little wobbly though but that's fine. I tried one gummy, this brand must be stronger than others because one of these was waaaaay to much for me. I do not want to get that high ever again. For these, I stick to half and that's more than enough to feel great.
