I have made 2 purchases so far from Rainbow Sounds- the full chakra set of bowls and the soul star bowl. They are beautiful and so wonderful to play. They came packaged extremely securely . I’m very happy with my purchases!

I’m having a scratchy sound on the glass/crystal when I try to play them, especially when it’s a small quiet space for smaller crowd. How can I minimise that sound? I have the coloured range. And I play the white range at the virgin actives , no scratchy sounds like the colourful range (which is quite disconcerting to be honest) . I think the silicone mallet too rough or the rough surface on the bowls ? Pls advise Much appreciated
