Hi, One of my bowls arrived broken. I have to measure it to determine which chakra bowl it is. Could you please advise me about your policy regarding merchandise that arrives broken?

I was also notified by Rainbow Sounds when my bowls were dispatched and shipped and was provided UPS tracking- so I was aware of where my bowls were and when my bowls would arrive. And when they did they were packaged extremely well. I absolutely love the bowls. The sound from each one is beautiful, well-tuned and extremely vibrational & resonate.
