The Vitamin C serum kit arrived in less than a week. It was beautifully packaged in a red box. The short assembly video was very helpful. It took a couple of minutes to put it together. It is very easy and pleasant to use nightly with a mixing time of 5 seconds.

Shipping and customer service were good

The service is great, shipping is slow, and I’m still not sure. I see any additional results with this product especially for the cost. I really wanted to love it.

Love the product but felt it was used up pretty fast relative to the price point, I think in under a month for me, that said I can afford it and I’ll buy again :)

The ingredients are great. The system is not perfect yet as the powder gets too humid to give the right quantity
