I just had my call with Shayla this past weekend. She was so nice. I didn’t know what to expect regarding communication and customer service with an online orthodontist but so far I’m impressed.

The gentleman I spoke to for my purchase was wonderful. He called and/or texted when I needed and was very patient when I was trying to make a decision

I love how easy this process has been so far. The scans are easy and using the kit and app is easy too!

I’ve had a very easy transition into wearing aligners and I love them. They are much easier to handle than braces and I feel that I’m in good hands. The packaging is beautiful and it’s very fun to look at all of the steps you’ll take through each aligner and how your teeth will change. The customer service is great although slightly busy which probably means they’re super popular!
