So far everything has gone great with Candid. Visiting the office to get pictures taken was easy, and the orthodontist responded online in a timely fashion. The price was great -- 50% less than what I was quoted for Invisalign. Just waiting for the aligners to arrive...

Given that we're all wearing masks these days, I can't think of a better time to tend to something that's bothered me for years, my far from perfect toothy smile. Taking a step into personally vulnerability is quite daunting and Hope made that ingress exceptionally easy. From her solid knowledge base on the product to witty banter, it made the experience very pleasant. As someone in sales I truly respect how she presented the product and showcasing it on her person was a solid touch towards making me feel at ease with both the product and expected results. Puns fully intended, I can only hope that these aligners work as great as Hope presented them. Time will tell but I'm excited to take this journey. Know that I don't buy this based off your products reputation but solely on the salesmanship and professionalism of your associate and she should be lauded as valuable member of the team.
