I had a problem with my last online order - several attempts at checkout. Tried emptying my basket, signing out, starting again etc. Eventually sent an email. Responded to by the Boutique who said that they would pass on to the relevant department. Heard nothing. Eventually found the correct number for Sales and was passed through to your technical person called Michael. He explained that there had been a problem with your website on Saturday, waited on the line while I tried to process my order again and this time the order went through. He was apologetic and helpful.

I love the product I purchased and the trial size free gift a nice touch, however on checking my bank statement I found I had been charged twice, a quick email and it was sorted in a couple of days.
I would order again but always check payment.
That’s the Only reason Iv rated it 3 stars.

I have been in the past so happy with all your products, but I bought Icon night, and after 5 days, the top separated from the base, I tried to fix it, but cannot, and if I press, a lot of product is lost, so I am not happy

Overnight facual
Worked in for first two weeks but seems to have dried out my skin. I'm better with cream(s) as opposed to serum but don't find this very soothing. Stopped using on my face but use on my neck.
Eye cream works ok
