I have been using the Overnight Facial which makes my skin feel lovely . I had a problem with the overnight cream ,with the lid of the container but Natalie , Sarah chapman,s customer relations representative was very quick in her response to me and resolved the problem immediately I will definately keep using this product

I’m glad I received my order in less than 3 weeks, but the Royal Mail does not provide any tracking and this is very inconvenient.
