Besides that I do like the products I also like the packaging a lot.

Your website is somewhat slow and glitchy and could use some updates, also for people ordering outside the country, it would be nice for you guys to add a tracking service so that we can know when to have someone to sign. Overall I had a good experience and I am loving all of the products I ordered and plan to order again!

Lovely products. I love the Ultimate Overnight facial particularly. I have several products now but, I wish I could see when they were getting low and also the Overnight and Morning facials don’t last very long. Perhaps a larger size? Having said that the results are good and I will continue using.

I love Sarah Chapmans products! The website is easy to navigate around as well. My only complaint is that I paid for next day delivery & I received my products 7 days later after contacting the company to find out where my products were. I will however still use this brand. My skin looks amazing!!!!
