It works. I so look forward to the ritual of applying it at night. It's beautiful. It's so soothing & moisturising on the lips, that this product is now my goto product. I have been applying it for 3 months, making me eager straight away to buy another one, because I haven't found a lip product as luscious & hydrating as this one. It even lessened my vertical lines. . This is my second purchase, please Sarah don't stop making this product, other lip products either don't work or just sit on the surface. I'm happy to pay the price because you only need a tiny amount, as a little goes a long way. I saw results right a way at night, when I awoke the concentrate was still moisturising my lips. Normally that never happens, even from well known branded ones. There was no irritation, and within a few weeks the plumping had boosted my upper lip. I wasn't after plumping, but they look younger. I think I now have the best lips I can have
