There was a problem with a recent order I had placed. The Swisse customer service team was very helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly. Their communication with me was timely & respectful. They sent me a different product with similar health benefits, free of charge, after letting me know the one I had originally been taking was not going to be produced any longer. I cannot say enough good things about this company, their supplements, & their fantastic customer service folks! Thank you so much for all your great help. 🙂

Shipping very fast, but the packages didn't protect the boxes well. Everything still consumable, hope for better package protection.
