I had been a long-time user and customer of Huron, but kind of drifted away. Nothing happened, just stuff and I dropped off from ordering. But an actual event occurred that prompted me to come back, so I did. My ginormous bottle of conditioner just arrived last week and is now sitting in my shower cubby. The conditioner is just as I remember it, and my hair is happy. PS - I discovered that Huron actually does "notice" things with their customers, and the customer service is amazing, which is pretty much why I'm back.
