Can’t live without the plum elixir and the camomile lavender tonic not only it cleanses my skin thoroughly but leaves a cool refreshing feeling

I like that the products are packaged in reusable and recyclable containers with a compostable label, but I believe the lid for the jars are plastic so I would like to see it made of another material like aluminum in the future. The website was easy to navigate and you can choose what kind of product you're looking for (face, hair, etc) though many products are multipurpose. The customer service was also polite and informative, and responded within a few days.

Absolutely best customer service I have received. There was a shipping issue (problem with USPS not LOLI) but they responded to my email right away and took care of the issue even when it wasn’t their fault. The products are great quality as well. I have extremely sensitive skin and I have been using the products for over a week and my skin has never felt better it is smooth and hydrated and glows. Even my husband commented on how nice my skin looks. It’s always great to find a product that is amazing but even better when their costumer service matches it.
