I still get hot flashes but not as frequently and not as strong when taking Equelle.

Product is good quality and helps tremendously with my hot flashes. I would recommend it for menopause system. Usually arrives right on time.

If I stop taking this, my hands and elbow pain. But, it sometime makes my stomach pain.

There is less swelling in the knuckles.And I have more hair on my forehead than before.
