I started this product at the end of 2019 beginning of 2020 and I can say that I am glad that I did. I was having horrible hot flashed and night sweats that would not stop. After about a month I noticed that they were becoming less. Today, I can say that I maybe have 1-2 a day to almost none. It has truly been a blessing.

I won’t be without it, I have not had a hot flash in months.
