Hi Was hoping to get relied from itchy scalp

I was disappointed that they sent me the front bar. I original bought the one was frizzy hair, and they sent me the one for damaged hair. It also didn’t feel good, not taking on face value that I did not have the correct container.

I tried to postpone shipment on a subscription with plenty of time to update before the product was to be shipped to me. It was sent anyway and now I have too much. It felt like changing the subscription frequency was ineffective so I cancelled altogether.

Shampoo bar lathers great but conditioner does not transfer to my super thick hair at all. Sent me the wrong shampoo tho, and it's stripping my color out, so they're both going in the trash. Love the idea but it's not there for me... yet.

I so wanted to love these shampoo and conditioner bars unfortunately they leave me with an itchy scalp. Sadly, they will be returned.
