I am a notorious snacker.

I am a notorious snacker. I am about 30 pounds overweight for my build. I was just fed up with not knowing how to get back on track. So I decided to do the Clean 21. It was not easy. Especially being someone who’s an emotional eater. But I did it. It sets you up so that breakfast is easy. Lunch is easy because you’re actually eating a whole meal. And for me, I had to change the plan a little bit and have another proper meal at dinner, but it was definitely a clean meal and I try to keep my carbs low. I substantially lost in inflammation and didn’t weigh myself because I’m trying not to worry about Pounds and just based on feeling in clothing. Week two was super hard and then by week three it was immensely hard to stay focused and just get through it, but I did and this clan is something I could see during every year. I know some people do it more than that, but for me once a year is probably about right. It got me on the right track to eat Cleaner and eat Whole Foods and I am ever so grateful.
