21 days to feeling and looking great!
The 21 day clean program was just what I needed to do a reset with some food and alcohol habits.It was just the right amount of tasking to make a commitment but not feel deprived by it.It has made me much more aware of what works for my digestive system and what does not. I will continue to be caffeine free and limit the alcohol intake, sugar was never a problem so that part was easy. I was not trying to lose weight so I enjoyed all the shakes and supplements but ate three healthy meals a day and was able to incorporate the 12 hour fast regardless.I am very impressed by how easy this plan is to manage and stick to.I was never hungry and felt no cravings.
