The Clean 21-day program is the best of the best. I have been doing these cleanses since 2014 and they have never let me down. The changes to the program have only made it better. The kit is so easy to use and the supplements are what really made the difference. The approved food list is easy to follow and you can see that eating clean it not boring. When I am on a cleanse I want to stay on it forever, that is how great its makes you feel.

Although skeptical at first, I'm very happy with the flavor and protein content of the new-ish daily shake, vanilla flavor. I add one medjool date and one prune and two ice cubes to 12-15 oz. of coconut almond milk.
