Amazing!

I enjoy the subscription service in between programs. Not only is there a discount on products, but I never run out! Having free access to Health Coaches is a real bonus, and usually they respond within a day. The group Facebook page is also great, to be able to contribute but also to read other posts with recipes, tips, encouraging each other. I can't recommend this program enough!!!

Insanely wonderful ! Easy to follow. Easy to make the food part simple so I wasn’t overwhelmed with figuring out meals part. I feel light and clear - and I lost 6 lbs to boot !
