I have had nothing but a great experience with Athena Club. I replaced my Billie razor with Athena (it got gooey and the cartridge would always fall off). I love the magnetic holder and the heaviness and silicone the razor has. Customer service is absolutely wonderful as well.

Well I’m officially hooked. I got the razor kit in the rose gold and it was worth the back order wait! The handle is well made and had a gentle grip that made using it with either hand a breeze. The razor head never came off and I was easily able to get a smooth close shave with zero irritation and no hard pressing. The handle has a nice weight to it without feeling bulky or heavy. It was easy to handle no matter which way I turned. The razor slide through hair easily and honestly I was amazed because I usually have irritation when using a new razor and after my shower my skin stayed smooth and supple and showed zero signs of irritation. No razor burn, not a single cut! Just an incredibly close shave with soft skin! I’m hooked and I’m really glad I tried it out because it was definitely worth it. If you are unsure about making the switch I highly recommend going for it! I have nothing but positive things to say about Athena! Also when I had a question regarding my order I sent them a DM on Instagram and I heard back quickly and had my question answered and resolved with the best customer service! No generic answering, a direct and courteous response from their team which only further cemented my positive experience with this company. Love it!

First of all, seeing this company's interaction with its customers and potential customers in the comments of their Facebook page is great, and sometimes even hilarious. This is a company doing something right. Now, onto the product review. These razors are amazing. I got my starter kit almost a month ago and I still haven't changed the first blade I put on. It's nickel-free, so it doesn't cause any irritation. Not only that, but it's given my skin a chance to calm down, so all the irritation bumps I had are completely gone, allowing for an even closer shave. You don't NEED shave gel, but let me tell you that the cloud shave foam is worth it. It makes your skin feel like how it looks in the Gillette commercials when they're shaving their already hairless legs that have been soaking in a bath of skin nourishing oils for the most perfectly hydrated skin ever. But seriously, the shave foam is richer in consistency than a regular shave gel, but then it foams up to a whipped cream texture and shaving with it is like shaving through butter. Basically, it's what I always imagined my perfect shave to be. Surprisingly I have not dropped it yet, which is unusual for me considering I drop at least one thing a day in the shower. The handle is sturdy, heavy enough without being too heavy (maybe that's why I haven't dropped it - yet), and solid. And the entire thing is magnetic so you can stick it pretty much however you want on the holder. And the moisture strip doesn't dry out and become rough like the one from Billie does. All in all, this is the best razor I've ever used, and their customer service is the best and they talk to you like a respectable human being. Definitely give them a shot and you won't be disappointed.

Firstly, the customer service is amazing, y'all sent me a replacement kit at no added cost when mine arrived opened, which immediately built my trust that you believe in your store and products to make things right. The wall magnet mount for the handle is strong and sticks immediately to the surface it's placed on. I love that the handle is not slippery plastic, it has a nice texture and looks pretty. The blades don't pop off like the competition's and it gives a great clean shave, no razor burn at all! I didn't knick myself ONCE! I haven't had such a pleasant pain free shave in a while.
