I’m gaining the benefit from this one. And it doesn’t taste bad either. It’s tasty and easy to chew. As a matter of fact it melts down pretty quick. Making it easy to swallow as well. Not sweet, just right for me as a small adult. I have to have chewable. I’m not able to swallow any of pills.
